Hi everyone
With the season heading into full swing a few of us.. kiters and windsurfer thought it would be a good idea to have a get together.
The idea is first of all to get to know eachother and share the stoke!
We should also discuss safety and how to make everything work well for all of us.
A couple of people have suggested meeting at neptunes net on Sunday
evening.
So who's game?
Cheers
Fred

Hey Fred, a fine thought, but Neptunes on a Sunday? We could communicate in sign language over the din of the "loud pipes save lives" crowd. I think we should promote a Happy Hour format, maybe at Chuy's on Kanan or one of the restaurants where Billy Wilson plays. We did something along those lines years ago at Duke's [RIP] and it was pretty fun. Bull

A dispatch from the Minister of Disinformation informed me Duke's was no longer. A quick Google search this AM reveals Duke's lives! I hereby retract my "Duke's[RIP]" comment. Long live Duke's! Bull

True... Neptunes net is a noisy place on a Sunday.
I don't know many places nearish Leo Carillo.
But how about the Patio outside the Mexican resturant to the right just east of Zuma?
Probably best to make the meet and greet next weekend, so this weekend we can spread the word both amongst windsurfers and kiters.

I'll be in Tahoe next weekend the 23/24th so it's either this one or the 31st which happens to be my birthday so you can all buy me a beer.
