The wind graph for Leo Carrillo looks really gusty. I sailed at Topanga from 5 pm - 6 pm and was very nicely powered with a 4.7.

I was underpowered on a 6.2, until the gusts hit.

Hey Capetonian, missed you at Topanga today. It was even better than yesterday; I was on a 4.4 although I guess the 4.8 from yesterday would have worked also. Only other sailor was some guy from the Palisades on a 4.2.

Glad to hear you had another good day. I am still enjoying the memory of how good Tuesday was. Generally speaking, the stars have to align for me to sail during the week thanks to work and family, so 2 days in a row would have been pushing my luck.

Yesterday at Leo the wind was more consistant than on Tuesday. I rigged a 5.5 and was mostly powered up. Big rollers out in the channel that would block the wind when I'd get betweeen them. Just a few people out.

Man you guys really missed it, ya shoulda been here yesterday.

All the kelp has washed ashore

8ft south swell.

Too windy for surfers, 25kts +.

Just 4 guys out sailing! No arguments or cow tipping.

Margarita bar at the top of the stairs!

Gear carried and rigged by Hawaiian Tropic models.

Valet parking.

Only the valet parking part rings false. Very Happy
