Ready for some late summer/fall wavesailing in Hatteras?! Hatteras Wave Fest 2008 will be the event of the Fall season featuring a Wave Clinic, informal wavesailing sessions with the local crew, and a Wave Competition featuring varying categories/heats depending upon participant registration. The event will be held during the peak of tropical season, so we should have definite wave swell on tap! Save the dates: Sept 15 - 29!

Hey Bill, I see that the sponsors list is growing! Does that mean that we'll have a lot of schwag to give out to registered participants, just like during LoopFest?! Very Happy

Yep, we have some sweet prizes both for give away at the Clinic, and as winnings for the Wave Challenge. For more enticement to register, top prizes for some Divisions include brand new wave sails!! Additional killer prizes and trophies will also be awarded!

If you are contemplating the event, register today! Mid to late September is also one of the best times of the year to visit the OBX. We have perfect weather, waves, wind, and FUN!!
