I can't make it to the Cape Saturday, but the Boston forecast for Pleasure Bay looks really good as well. I'll be doing some flat water sailing at P-Bay Saturday. Anyone else going?

So the winds today are far lighter than predicted... What does this bode for tomorrow...

The winds are light.

I did do a lunch break with a 6.0 sail / 85L board in Pleasant Bay. I'm no hard core wave nut, but it was too tame for me.

Are there any beaches, mid cape, that work at low tide for Sunday? My so-called back yard Skaket will be a b!tch with a 7am high tide.

Today is light..
Tomorrow we'll probably try to find a spot here in RI. No trip to the Cape.

I say fuck ninigret...theres a hurricane coming and it would be a waste to freestyle in flatwater with these good conditions coming!

I dont know, we'll see tomorrow morning...i've wanted to try to go out at Tuckermans and Ruggles in Newport and show the surfers how its done. Maybe tomorrow will be good. We're gonna check out also Point Judith and Matunuck...

Horseneck beach...is that near Little Compton?

You may have trouble getting access to Scarborough Beach. I have had trouble in the past with Rangers closing it up due to High Surf Advisories.

Matunuck will be directly offshore.

Good luck!!

What about Narragansett Beach? Ranger problems there too? The wind may be too offshore with NE or N but I've heard that it can be good and that it has no shorebreak in that wind and an offshore reef for waves. I've never sailed there. Anyone know anything about it?

Horseneck is in Westport Mass, though tomorrow it will be an offshore wind. I've had good southwest days there.
