Im sailing tomorrow. I just dont know where yet. The North Shore is much closer for me. I may try the ocean in Nahant, but Foglands forcast looks good too.
Ive never sailed Duxbury. I heard theres a lot of muck.

We had an epic day today in Dartmouth. Gusts close to 40. It was like sailing in a washing machine. We were overpowered most of the time on 4.5s. Absolutley incredible. To top it off; not a drop of rain.

I was at Pleasant Bay, where were you? Two weeks and little wind make for exhaustion. I actually thought I was running a risk of a heart attack while blasting through the waves in the straps.

Although I havent sailed there in a decade, I enjoyed Ducks. Be careful you arent caught out in an exceptional low tide, though. Its great flat water for a mile or more out into Plymouth Harbor with no boaters to avoid. Some will sail to the spit and drag their boards out to the Bay side for the waves. Everyone should visit it at least once since its such a beautiful place.
