Hey all my windsurfing friends,
I am happy to report that it looks like a full summer of fun on the pond. The drainage for the lake has had a ton of rain and all the creeks are flowing fast. More rain is on the way. The park is closed for 2/3 weeks due unsafe conditions and rising water and power outages. The report of 41.7 % is outdated. The % sensor is a few days behind for some reason. The water is at least halfway up the launch ramp. As soon as the park opens, I will go up, check it out and post some pictures. Mike has long standing records, and I'm sure he will add to this post. Hope to see the pond full of water and wind riders this summer.....Tony |

Hooray! I have always wanted to windsurf Lake Lopez. Maybe this will be the year. That is, if any roads are ever re-opened so I can get down there  |

| 1/22/23 lake is at 52.6% and going up. Just not as fast. The park is still closed |
