There is some hardcore mofo's at Treasure Island. I think it's natural selection in effect.

Foiling on a skinny board like that is really hard.

Very nice Roland. Were you able to foil all the way to the ramp at the end of your session?

No foil into the middle of that cove and swam the rest of the way in.

I think the camera makes it look skinnier than it is

Hey Lucero: Do you know what day you shot that video? Was it 3/13? It looks like that great day and recall passing by a foil up at "corners" of TI.

Such great summer-like conditions so early in the season and very cool video That 360-degree tech is super cool. Does editing take more time than regular video?

Drought years, always good and early.....and often early endings.
Rain years usually late, and can last into Nov.

It was yesterday (Tues the 6th). The editing on the 360 does take longer, but you get much more usable footage because you don't have to point the camera.

Seems Go-Pro has raised the bar again. Much of the footage from my old GoPros would turn out to be garbage because the helmet-mounted camera was pointed down at my feet or up at the sky. Yeah easy to say ' you should check the aim' but as you know the film-worthy days out there get mighty bumpy!

See you at the ramp! (or the pipes - I'm the one with the bashed up board and bruised shins)
