Oh, for you haters....
I ride the old RRD Firewave 92 in those conditions...pointy nose, 62 wide, 234 length.
FW has thinner rails...but I'm lightweight..and maybe 1lbs. heavier.
10cm sides, 20 cm center fin.

agreed with water rat pat. wind in florida is fairly holey/puffy. short water lines REQUIRE lots of sail. going from slogging to planing with really short boards can either be really physical, or a nose dive may occur. short lengths assume one is planing all the time. been down that discussion thread all too often.
