Here is another video as well as the conditions just upwind at Lighthouse Park.

At the end of the video I had to come in to replace my harness hook. Somehow It had fallen off. I was back on the water shortly after.

I drove down to Lakes Bay the night before and got to the launch at 9am tuesday morning. I'm glad I waited ten minutes to see what the wind was doing, because it just kept building. So much for the session before the storm. I waited in my van for a couple hours and at 2:15 I started sailing my 5.3/100 for about three hours, after the storm passed. The sun came out, conditions slowly settled down, so being overpowered at first was worth it to stay out longer without having to rerig. The session after the storm saved the trip.
