I did buy these to try, but they did not work. https://isthmussailboards.com/aeron-26x-boom-clip-each.html They are about a mm too long (front to back) and their clipping action is not right when used with the MS bodies. I've ordered the MS clips which are proprietary and priced accordingly. Oh well!

Bob, in the big picture, I think that the MS carbon wave boom is a pretty good product overall. It has a few minor shortcomings, like the grip and clip wear and tear, but the front end is impeccable, and I've have never experienced any catastrophic breaks or failures like I've had with with many different brands over the years.

I guess if there was some controversy in today's design scheme comparing MS with other top brands, it might be that MS can be viewed as a bit old school with regard to the overall bend curve of the arms.

Kevin Kahn (Sunset Sailboards )use to stock these or could get them.
You could always try the Maui Sails Site.
I had one break and it was kind of rusty after setting
all Winter.

They really weren't all that expensive.
Listed as 22 bucks when there in stock.

They show up at boardsports San Mateo 42 bucks for two.
And at https://isthmussailboards.com/maui-sails-boom-clip-pr-for-wave-booms.html

Downside of there boom was no built in skinny adapter .
Loop and go was nice.

The Streamline boom's are stiffer.
