Trying to find out the Covid-19 regulations for windsurfing access at Sandy Hook, NJ. Thinking of the ocean side tomorrow.
Anyone know?
Thanks

All beaches open and no special rules for Covid other than you are supposed to wear a mask outdoors now where you can't maintain 6' distance. Lots of rain forecast for tomorrow so crowds won't be an issue. There are lifeguards on duty at Lots C & D so they likely won't let you sail in the ocean. but other beaches have no guards - try the far south side of lot C and all of lot B to avoid the lifeguards. Another option is Bayshore Waterfront Park, Port Monmouth at intersection of Port Monmouth Rd & Main St. A small group of us will likely sail there. This spot is several miles west of Sandy Hook - Deep water open bay with nice swells.
