| I think I saw the owner, a woman with no board, dragging downwind across from Well's Is. I flagged down a nearby Jetski and sent him over to help. Later, Brian (of Brian's windsurfing/kiting lessons) was looking for her on a jetski west of Well's and we sent him that way as well. Thus, Brian may know who it is. |
