For wave or freestyle very well. Haven't tried their freeride stuff.
They are also extremely resilient for people who sail reef breaks.

K4, have and continue development. Material is offered on some fins in 2 different stiffness. The longer fins for Freemove,Freeride and the race profile are all stiffest. The selection on multi fins is mind boggling . A published test for speed has no equal, in defining , it includes a G10, major league player.
The size on most goes very small for sides or forwards on a quad, if so desired makes experiments into the realm of affordability. They make the Graham Ezzy series in asymmetrical foil inside , with a 1 2 or 3 degree of built toe in, not everyone cuppa, but worth a try on forward or side fins. Pro con of this multi page.
I find that power, drive or looseness can be enhanced by the option of fins.
I have most of the fins made, they are normally my go too on my quad.
Steve the owner, tester, designer will answer your questions on particular setups.
The composition , is high tech plastic, calling them plastic is like calling a Corvette a Chevy . The longer fins will have more flex than G10, smaller multi have similar characteristics to G10.
The selection offered in the OP link is the tip of the iceberg.
