Just finished dinner and about to head off to Hyannis for a place to sleep tonight. Then up bright and early. Still focusing of Corporation beach unless someone else has a better place in mind on the Cape.
Wind forecast down a bit but still 2.8 weather.

God bless those who were seriously affected by Hurricane Dorian. I say this as I know that people have lost their homes and their lives.
Some of them may have been fellow windsurfers. It was at the top of mind while I out there sailing in her fury this morning, which by the way was truly awesome. A little bit less wind than I was hoping for, but still powered on the 4.0. A lot of people stopped by Corporation Beach to take a look at the conditions. Now trying to check if anyone has posted any photos online.

Greenharbor was nice today, 2 on 4.7 and 1 on 4.2, head, some logo and a few bigger waves rolling through, nice down the line action.

Glad you caught some of Dorian. Looks like it blowed in earnest there between 6 and 8 am, based on the Scituate meter.

As we close the books on Dorian, something is developing out in the Atlantic . Both the old and new GFS models are showing the Northeast could get some wind from it. Of course only time will tell. Got a a video that I need to compress a bit, too big for youtube. Will post later.

Sounds like everyone got some from the storm. I had a slow start Saturday and a small window of time, ended up taking some photo's and staying dry. Between Friday and Sunday I did get 2 surfs and a windsurf in. I guess I missed the best windsurf conditions on Friday going into evening. Waves on Saturday were awesome looking with the offshore winds. JP
