|

Hey folks,
Does anyone know if parts are still available somewhere for the pulley setup for a Streamlined mast extension? One of my pulleys is chipped, and is fraying my new Spectra lines. I have a nice Chinook backup, but the threading isn't as intuitive, IMHO. Many thanks. Cheers.

Hey Kevin.
Thanks for responding. I hope you're well, and getting a lot of sailing in.
I suppose it's the old style. I 'll post an image, if that would help. I'll do it in a few minutes. Thanks again. Cheers.

Does anyone know what's going on with Streamlined since if was sold. An outfit in France bought the molds. They have an incomplete website up.
Are they going to distribute? Or, did one of the larger companies buy it to kill it?

Funny, I was going to ask if they were sold to a company in a French speaking country. I got an email back from them, asking for an image of what I was looking for. There was some French in the response, as well as some unusual wording, indicative of an other-than-English primary language.
Other than that, I've got nuthin'.
Cheers.

Call Sailworks in the Gorge. They have some affiliation with the new French Streamlined.

Same thing happened to me. They finally sent me an invoice asking for payment in Euros with no clear way to pay, whom to pay out, or what the terms, shipment, etc would be. I gave up after that - on top the prices were ridiculous. 63 Euros for two boom clips and a cleat. That's over 70 dollars US.
Perhaps I will try Sailworks.

I'm afraid Streamlined has lost me as a customer. I loved their customer service when Dave was running the company. Now...
