Gun Sails?

Did anyone use any sail type from the Gun Sails family and want to enlighten us about them?

These sails are made in Germany and supposedly are very popular in Europe, but never saw one in SF Bay Area.

The one I am interested in particular is he Mega X II sail is advertised as a World Cup Race sail, but I have no idea about how they perform? Any ideas?

I own a 6.8 Gun Sail with 3 cams. Its mostly monofilm, feels light, works well. I bought it used from HiTech Maui in excellent condition for $250.00 Im stoked. I think they build decent sails.

I had one back in 96 (cant remember the model name, but it was their race sail at the time) and I loved it. Back then it seemed ahead of its time. It was completely monofilm and very well built.

ive sailed with a lot with Germans and they told me these sails are bought only factory direct and thus are way cheaper(no middlemen).www.gunsails.de.a lot of them had them and they seemed good
