Anyone sail or kite near Baltimore, MD

I live about 2 hours northwest of Baltimore, MD. Does anyone know of any good windsurfing or kiting sites near the Baltimore area

Gunpowder and Rocky Point are good and close to Baltimore. There are additional places further south on the Bay. Dewey Beach, Lewes, and the OC areas are good spots at the Beach. I havnt been but hear the Lakes Bay area and other Southern Jersey beaches have good sailing.

There are the two iWindsurf site locations (Rocky Point and Gunpowder State Park). Gunpowder is a bit easier to find and is home to most BABA events, but it costs money (~$3) and can get a bit crowded with non-windsurfers during the summer weekends. I think Rocky Point has a chain across the road that you need the combo to, or youll be carrying your stuff a long ways.
