Scarborough in Narragansett was cooking. Sailed solo 4 hours, 30-40+ mph. Victory at Sea conditions. Where was every one???

| I think that is a sailboat, there were a few coming in and out of the harbor, must have been pretty choppy a few miles out.

I was surprised about the sailboat due to the weather but props to them.
