How about these guys? Anybody got a vision for recycling our expensive, high strength (wink wink), and light carbon tubing? Both are 400s. Both broke at the lower section ferrule.

I took a couple of my broken masts and made a mast out of them.
A mast for my weather station in my yard.

Here is the queen of recycled sailcloth bags. She typically does sailboat sails, but I have a bag from here made out of windsurfer sail. She used to give you a free bag if you send her enough material:

Love seeing people diverting material from the landfill!
I, too make bags and wallets from retired sails and kites. If you were nearby, I would transform those sails!
I sell at the CGWA Swap Meets in Hood River, on Facebook and Etsy and in La Ventana.
It is so fun to give new life to old sails and kites and exciting to have others involved!

you can see some of my creations.
It is a fun and rewarding job!

When my daughter was around 6, I made her a teepee out of old one piece fiberglass masts, and old two piece aluminum masts, with old sails wrapped around the outside. It worked really well, about 8' in diameter at the floor and about 14' tall, it lasted about 3 years until she got tired of it.
Sorry no pics ever taken.

Ok, that teepee is awesome. Just gave me a vision for a stroller using an old boom, sail cloth, and battens. In fact one of those old z booms would be perfect. Anybody else seeing this?

Sews well, your bags are really great. I'd like to buy one, but I'm just getting pushed into spam surveys via the etsy link.
