You must be a far better (or luckier, or milder) sailor than I, Gunga Din. I gotta believe that at some point or another, every part of my anatomy -- and some parts of others' anatomies -- have struck, been struck by, and/or been ground into bloody pulp by every part of my board. That goes tenfold for any real estate behind my mast and any body parts I generally reveal in public plus some I do not.

Beats making a new bridge, and looks better. Just pray your kneecaps, heel, face, temple, shin, etc. never impact those nuts.

man -- you guys are fr!gg'n tough!
You almost scared the sh!t out of me last night with all the what ifs.
While I was so busy defending myself in front of the jury, I almost forgot that a couple of other things happened last night. The rear straps got redrilled to center and bring them closer together.
For most people buying new gear is just the cost of do'n business. By now you know that I'm famous for sailing the oldest cr@p, sails are no different. Having a 5.0 in my hands when fully powered is just about as good as it gets. My NP Zone, with 8 years of service, is also being retired. Thanks to the guys at Windance, my new (to me) Ezzy 5.0 came in yesterday.

Thanks U2
True story. One day on a construction site, A guy who I thought highly of called me Dr. Ron C. He said, that with all the abortions I've had to witness (in construction) over the years, it qualified me to be a doctor.
I might be wrong; but I'm fully committed to giving this latest one a chance.
Yesterday's delivery was used sail number 3. Along with Windance, I got a killer deal from Isthmus Sailboards a year and a 1/2 ago. An Ezzy 3.7 and NP4.2 - all 3 in outstanding condition.
