I'd look at the Exocet Ducktail series of SUP/windsurf boards.
Have seen quite a few, and they windsurf really well, and come in a variety of sizes.

I have the whopper 10x 34 and really like it alot! I weigh 150 and use it in winds of 5-15 in flat water and very small waves. It has increased my TOW 3 fold and has helped greatly to keep me in shape.

Love the term "ducktail", it's fitting and the boards do indeed windsurf well.

Try and get one with a mast track, as the single screw-in inserts, used in many sups, do not seem to be holding up well.
Or so i have heard.

The market probably dictates this but I don't understand why there are not more choices like the Exocet Windsup, a SUP with more of a planing rocker, a real mast track, a powerbox fin box and foot strap options. According to Starboard, windsups are the fastest growing segment of windsurfing.
So tired of the surfing rocker and cheap little mast insert plug found on most "windsups". (Yes I've seen the new SB windsups, I think they dropped the ball)
I think a big part of the problem is the standup paddleboard industry is doing just fine without us, no need to worry about windsurfers, must be nice.
Then there's the windsurfing industry, for the most part they don't really consider it "real" windsurfing. What, a board longer than 250cm, are you crazy!
Very frustrating because I see so much innovation and quality going into paddleboards, so many choices and constructions and customs, but no knowledge or desire to make something more windsurf specific.
Here's two examples of companies making SUP boards here in the U.S.
Glide SUPs, crazy strong production boards feature a durable coating and with environmentally friendlier materials. http://www.glidesup.com/pages/what-is-gss
Stretch surfboards and sups, beautiful custom carbon and cork construction SUPs for less cost than many production boards. http://www.stretchboards.com/boards/sup/
I've contacted both and neither seems to have interest or knowledge in windsups.
Sometimes I feel like it's a loosing battle.
