Decent wind, sunny and warm at stick today from around 2PM to 4PM. Pretty much fully powered on 5.3/100 from 2:30PM to 3:30PM. At least 8 sailors out with 3 still on the water when I left at 4PM. This is mid November and one guy told me he was overpowered on a 6.2....life is good!

What a nice week! Today I was out with 6.0/100, almost perfect well powered up conditions. It might have worked elsewhere, but the Stick is a solid bet in the off and early season ...

Glad that I went out, but the wetsuit was insufficient and the top closure came open, admitting too much cold water, with not quite enough wind for me to waterstart on 5.7. I cut the session short, packed up and went off for a warm up espresso. By the time I got back, one other windsurfer and five kiteboarders were enjoying much better winds.

Cold wind today, 11:00 start, 4.7 with a finger thaw off break every 45 minutes, but fun, the water was much warmer than the air, 57 vs. 45'ish.
Waves, eeh, finished by 2:00.

Fun. stand up paddleboard, 6.5 Lion. Nice swell outside the jetty. Felt like bait among the crab trap floats. Flukey but enough to interest for a couple hours.

A little ways down the road from Kevin, it also blew on 1/9. 78 liters and 4.7 for me was a handful at times. Waves up to nearly mast and peeling pretty well. It was my first windsurfing day of the year as well. Word on the beach was 1/8 was also quite good.
