It says something about a person when they can gracefully transition back to a former employer ....AND handle a young family while not being sure if you are logistically going to be able to compete again at a world championship level.
"Professional Grade"

I saw something during my last trip that left amazed at how athletic and
well these guys sail.....Mr Buzanis broke his mast on his 9.0 while slalom sailing with Mr Albeau. Right in Portugese ("Crazy") Wave at Kanaha.
Sun going down....I was coming down from Uppers and stopped by to see if he needed a tow...... Antoine sailed in, brought out a lower mast section....holding it while carrying a 9.0 at full plane, and then sliced thru the water between us (8 feet max) and passed off the section to Micah who one handed it on a 20+mph pass.....He then re-rigged his fully cammed giant in the water and kept going. No Big Deals....(Right? You try it!)....and Josh is hungry enough to beat both these guys this year

Included I have submitted a photo from that article. I just can't imagine a better rigged sail than that one.
