Horseneck delivered big waves and 4.5 wind today. Kinda choppy early, then the faces smoothed out late afternoon as the swells grew to well overhead, and occasionally bigger at Gooseberry. I'm expecting cleaner waves tomorrow - Wednesday - around noon / low tide. Then Thursday morning should be side off with plenty of swell left over. It would be nice to have more than of us sailing.

SSW 22 gusting to 27 at Gooseberry. Waves best starting at noon, not sure yet whether we'll sail from Goose or State beach.

Wind went SE and died slowly through the day, then came back late. Fun 5.8 wave sailing today, but definitely not what was forecast 2 days ago. Anyhow, there is NOT likely to be big swell left for tomorrow's NW shift, so don't make the drive then.
