Berkeley Handbook 101, you should have gotten your copy by your 4th day. It states....always drop actual wind by 3.
Sunday OK steady 18, nice back and forth, few ramps (or I can't jump anymore due to old age), then got good around 4 for a while. |

Yesterday was a stretch to meet 3.2 on the fun meter (1-10). Today, however was a solid 5.25.

My rule is thumb for Berkeley is
(wind reading) - 4mph - (potential bridge traffic multiplier) = x |

Normally, yeah, but Berk came tru to readings on Sat and Sunday. Why?
I don't know, why did it blow on NW clear days, and why were readings exactly true? |

Why do you subtract a multiplier? Shouldn't you multiply it?

Coyote Sunday, 5.9 112Lt. Patches of wind, but the new board rocks so can't complain. |

Wow, that Berk is coming thru again on Monday.
5.3 for me too much again, gusts to a true 26, 73 liter board. |

Late wind Berkeley again, 5.3 and 97 liter board, this time perfect power, not overpowered or tailwalking, maybe 24 on gusts, where was everyone? |
