| One could argue that used masts are better as long as they are not damaged, which could be hard to tell. Considering the prices on new masts, it pays to buy used in long run IMO. |

2015 model would be better just because it is a later model, so more developed.
Luff sleeve is about the same size. These are race sails, not really made to be good for water starting, more for sailo ... |

On Half Moon Bay; everything that SwellRipper already said and make sure you have a rain coat if going there. I do not go there any more without one
