Maybe I'll split the difference. 2 in the fwd holes, 2 in the aft slots. I lost a nice fin once and it was heartbreaking. Can't imagine losing an entire foil! Thanks! |

At the end of each batten is a screw to adjust tension. A fall into the sail is not likely to cause a change in the batten tension. Unless the batten is broken. Are you using the correct mast for this ... |

Everything has a limit and you may have reached yours. Planing at 15 mph on a Kona at your weight is pretty impressive. Most guys your size need bigger gear or bigger wind.
