Its BIC 250 (3,80 m, 0,65 m, 220 l). BIC produced it in 86 to 89.

Probably I will buy a new board so if you want I will give it away for free.

As for wind, Id say 80% of time -- 8-12 mph, 20% of time 20 and higher. No, I cannot waterstart -- and I think waterstart requires wind stronger than 8-12. Right? So waterstart probably is ...

I know it sounds stupid but why do not advanced boats have a daggerboard? how do you sail upwind in light wind?
