| I think Kent is right...this was a really bad year for the forecasts! I dont mind it being wrong, theres a certain amount of leeway when forecasting the wind, its when the forecaster is being half ass ... |

As far as I know, starboard tack has right of way, means hold your course so the other sailor can get around you, not buttdrag bottom turn down some chop screaming "starboard"
