* winds...north winds increasing to 15 to 25 kts tonight then
turning northeast by sunday.
* waves...building to 4 to 7 feet tonight.
precautionary/preparedness actions...
a small craft advisory means that wind speeds over 20 knots or
waves greater than 4 feet are expected to produce hazardous
conditions to small craft. inexperienced mariners...especially
those operating smaller vessels should avoid navigating in these
conditions.
