is the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves...along
with the average height of the highest 10 percent of the waves
which will occasionally be encountered.
.synopsis...high pressure of 30.2 inches over the western great
lakes will move east across the central great lakes this
afternoon and to the eastern great lakes by late tonight. a
trough of low pressure averaging 29.6 inches over the plains
states will move east towards the western great lakes thursday
and then move east across the central great lakes thursday night
into friday. this low will then continue to the eastern great
lakes friday night...as a ridge of high pressure averaging 30.2
inches builds east over the upper midwest and western great lakes
saturday...and remains situated through the remainder of the
weekend.
