.synopsis...a weak trough of low pressure 30.10 inches just north
of lake erie will drop across the lake and dissipate tonight. high
pressure 30.30 inches over the upper midwest will move across the
northern great lakes through the weekend. low pressure will
develop over the plains 29.70 inches by monday states and deepen
to 29.40 inches as it moves to near green bay tuesday. the
associated cold front will likely reach lake erie late tuesday.

waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights...which
is the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves...along
with the average height of the highest 10 percent of the waves
which will occasionally be encountered.
.synopsis...broad high pressure of 30.4 inches extending from
ontario to the central gulf coast will slowly move east and extend
from quebec through the lower mississippi valley by saturday...then
off to the atlantic seaboard late sunday. meanwhile...a weak
trough of low pressure averaging 30.1 inches develops over the
northern plains friday. this initial trough will move little
through saturday. then a low pressure system is expected to drop
out of the southern canadian rockies by sunday evening...helping
to deepen the system to 29.5 inches. this low is then expected to
track east to wisconsin early next week while deepening further to
29.3 inches.
