the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...a 30.4 inch high along the new england coastline will
slowly drift east through monday. a 29.5 inch low will then move
from southeast lower michigan monday afternoon to near james bay
by tuesday while deepening to 29.2 inches. a cold front trailing
this low will cross the lake monday night. a broad 29.5 inch low
will then remain in place across the great lakes tuesday and
wednesday before moving into quebec thursday.
