to the saint lawrence valley. then a 30.0 inch high near ohio is
forecast later tonight and thursday to build across the lake and
then quebec on friday. this will be replaced by a 30.3 inch high
which will remain across quebec over the weekend...while a 29.3
inch low develops across the south- central u.s.
