* accumulations...snow accumulation of 6 to 12 inches.
* timing...snow develops by midnight sunday night...heaviest
during monday...then tapering off monday evening.
* impacts...hazardous travel is expected along with poor
visibility in heavy snow.
* winds...northwest 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.
* visibilities...one quarter mile or less at times.
