waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...
broad high pressure 30.70 across the great lakes will move east
overnight. friday, weak low pressure, 30.00 inches will move 
east from wisconsin across the central lakes to quebec by evening.
a warm front will move north onto lake erie friday afternoon,
followed quickly by a cold front. saturday high pressure 30.30 
inches will again build across the lakes. saturday night and 
sunday deepening low pressure 29.00 inches will move from the 
central plains across the western lakes forcing a cold front 
across lake erie early sunday. monday and tuesday high pressure 
30.30 will cross the lower ohio valley and extend onto the lake.

of 30.00 inches will then track through the northern great lakes

from the west on saturday. yet another low pressure, around 29.00 
inches, will lift northeast into the great lakes on sunday.
