1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...high pressure 30.20 inches over the eastern lake east
of the lakes will move off the mid atlantic coast today. a cold 
front will move southeast across the lake thursday night. high 
pressure 30.10 inches across the western lakes friday will spread 
over the ohio valley for the weekend.
