.synopsis...high pressure 30.20 inches over the eastern lakes 
will weaken tuesday into wednesday. a cold front will cross lake 
erie on wednesday. weak high pressure 30.00 inches will build east 
across the lake on thursday. a stronger cold front will cross the
lake on friday.
