cape lookout to bogue inlet...low risk.

even when the risk is low...rip currents can occur at any
time...especially close to piers jetties and sand bars.
 
lightning risk: low. isolated cloud to ground lightning possible.

weather: mostly cloudy. a slight chance of showers in the 
         morning...then a chance of showers with a slight chance of
