...small craft advisory now in effect until 5 pm est this
afternoon...

* winds...north winds of 20 to 25 knots will persist this late
  morning and early this afternoon for most keys waters. winds
  will remain at advisory levels for the large portions of the 
  florida straits.

* waves/seas...seas as high as 9 feet are possible, with highest 
  seas in our deep gulf waters and the western florida straits. 

precautionary/preparedness actions...

a small craft advisory means that wind speeds of 20 to 33 knots...
or seas of 7 feet or greater...are expected to produce hazardous
conditions for small craft. inexperienced boaters...especially
those with smaller vessels...should avoid operating in these
conditions.

* winds and seas...northeast winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 
  25 kt. seas 7 to 9 feet.

precautionary/preparedness actions...

a small craft advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots
and/or 7+ foot seas are expected to produce hazardous wave 
conditions to small craft. inexperienced mariners, especially 
those operating smaller vessels should avoid navigating in these 
conditions.
