* winds...east to southeast winds around 20 knots in the straits
  of florida and hawk channel will prevail tonight. 

* waves/seas...seas as high as 8 feet expected in the gulf 
  stream. 

precautionary/preparedness actions...

a small craft advisory means that wind speeds of 20 to 33 knots...
or seas of 7 feet or greater...are expected to produce hazardous
conditions for small craft. inexperienced boaters...especially
those with smaller vessels...should avoid operating in these
conditions.

the national weather service in melbourne has issued a small
craft advisory, which is in effect until 4 am est wednesday. 

* winds...east to southeast winds between 15 and 20 knots with
  occasional gusts over 20 knots. 

* waves/seas...the moderate to fresh southeast breeze will place
  the advisory area in the shadow of the north bahamas. rough seas
  will prevail between 4 and 6 feet with dominant periods 6
  seconds or less. 

precautionary/preparedness actions...

a small craft advisory means that wind speeds of 20 to 33 knots
are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
inexperienced mariners...especially those operating smaller
vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions.
