...lake-effect snow showers will affect eastern sanilac...eastern 
st. clair and eastern huron counties...

at 430 pm est, moderate to heavy lake-effect snow showers were 
affecting the lake huron shoreline from port austin to port huron. 
general movement of the embedded heavy snow bursts is to south at 20 

locations impacted include...
port huron, st. clair, croswell, harbor beach, lexington, port
sanilac, port hope, forestville, lakeport, marysville, carsonville,
applegate, forester, helena, blaine, north street, birch beach, white
rock, amador and wadhams.

visibilities will drop quickly to less than a quarter of a mile in 
the most intense snow bursts. snowfall rates will approach an inch 
per hour.

use extra caution if you must travel into or through this dangerous
snow squall. rapid changes in visibility and potentially slick roads
are likely to lead to accidents. consider delaying travel until the
squall passes your location.

...reduced visibilities in narrow line of heavier snow showers...

a narrow line of heavier snow showers along the i-69 corridor
is dropping south and will make for difficult travel conditions. 
visibility will briefly drop to a quarter mile or less and roads 
will quickly become snow covered. be sure to put your headlights 
on and slow down as you enter the snow band.
