  the santa fe river at three rivers estates.
* until further notice...or until the warning is cancelled.
* at  8:00 pm thursday the stage was 20.1 feet.
* minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* flood stage is 17.0 feet.
* forecast...the river will continue to fall to a stage of 19.1 feet 
  by saturday morning.
* impact...at 19.8 feet...waters begins to affect homes in the 
  hollingsworth bluff area at state route 47.
* impact...at 19.0 feet...water begins to enter backyards of 
  residences along the ichetucknee river. 
* impact...at 18.8 feet...florida fish and wildlife commission expands
  the no wake zone restriction further upstream on the santa fe river
  from the unnamed island 1.5 miles downstream on the wilson's spring
  boat ramp to one-half mile upstream of the state road 47 bridge.
* impact...at 18.0 feet...water begins to flood river run road in 
  suwannee county. 
* impact...at 17.0 feet...water begins to enter backyards of 
  residences on santa fe road in columbia county and on river run 
  road in suwannee county. 
* impact...at 16.2 feet...florida fish and wildlife commission begins 
  enforcement of a no wake zone on the santa fe river from the 
  unnamed island 1.5 miles downstream of the wilson's spring boat 
  ramp to the confluence with the suwannee river and on the 
  ichetucknee river upstream to the us 27 bridge.
* impact...at 16.0 feet...lowland flooding begins on sw santa fe drive
  south of santa fe road in columbia county.

* moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* flood stage is 23.0 feet.
* forecast...the river will continue to fall to a stage of 26.0 feet 
  by saturday morning.
* impact...at 25.0 feet...damage to homes at low elevation as well as 
  basement areas underneath homes on stilts is likely.
* impact...at 23.2 feet...florida fish and wildlife commission begins 
  enforcement of a no wake zone on the santa fe river from the 
  centerline of the us 27 bridge downstream to one-half mile upstream
  from the state road 47 bridge.
* impact...at 23.0 feet...minor damage to dwellings is possible due to
  boat wash.

* until tuesday evening...or until the warning is cancelled.
* at  7:45 pm thursday the stage was 14.6 feet.
* minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* flood stage is 12.0 feet.
* forecast...the river will continue to fall to below flood stage by 
  tuesday afternoon.
* impact...at 14.0 feet...flooding of bottomlands along the river and 
  some lower access roads inlcuding the lower half of st. mary's 
  river bluff road which cuts off 15 to 20 homes on the georgia side.
* impact...at 12.0 feet...minor flooding of low lying areas and timber
  lands including some properties along st. mary's river bluff road 
  and the cypress landing resort on the georgia side.

a river flood warning remains in effect for...the st johns river
near cocoa, above lake harney near geneva, near sanford, near 
deland and at astor...

river levels remain high over the middle st johns river basin, 
with all forecast points above flood stage. the river stage above
lake harney will begin a very gradual decline, but remain in major
flood stage through this weekend. the river stage near sanford and
near de land will level out and remain steady in moderate flood stage
through this weekend before beginning to slowly recede. the river stage 
near cocoa and astor will begin to very slowly recede over the weekend, 
but forecast to remain in moderate flood stage through early next week.

the rate of the river receding will be very slow in areas where the
river has already leveled out, and all forecast points are projected 
to remain above flood stage through early next week.

major flooding continues above lake harney near geneva. 

moderate flooding is occurring over much of the middle 
st johns river basin, including the forecast points near cocoa, 
near sanford, near deland and at astor.

* moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. 

*at 17.2 feet, water enters homes along the st johns river in the 
lake poinsett area.  
*at 16.7 feet, water covers yards...encroaches on homes and may enter
low lying homes along the st johns river in the lake poinsett area.  
*at 16.2 feet, water spreads up in yards and approaches homes along 
the st johns river in the lake poinsett area.

but remain near flood stage.  the withlacoochee river at holder is
rising slowly but remains below flood stage.
