* winds...winds are forecast to continue from the west to
northwest at 20 to 25 knots this morning before gradually
decreasing this afternoon.
* waves/seas...seas will continue up to 7 feet and occasionally
higher across the offshore atlantic waters of palm beach to
miami dade counties this morning before gradually decreasing
this afternoon.
these wind and seas will result in hazardous conditions for small
boaters.
precautionary/preparedness actions...
a small craft advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots
are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
inexperienced mariners...especially those operating smaller
vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions.
