  additional snow accumulations of 12 to 22 inches above 3000
  feet, with 6 to 12 inches below 3000 feet. snow showers will 
  decrease later sunday evening. in addition, expect colder 
  temperatures will drop into the 20s tonight, then into the teens
  sunday night.

* where...northern oregon cascades.

* when...until 5 am pst monday.

* additional details...travel will be very difficult at times, 
  with blowing and drifting snow.

* what...heavy snow and blowing snow expected. 15 to 22 inches of
  snow above 4500 feet with isolated amounts in excess of 2 feet.
  elevations between 3500 and 4500 feet will see snow change to 
  rain and then back to snow for total snow accumulation of 7 to 
  15 inches. rain expected below 3500 feet. wind gusts up to 70 
  mph are expected on exposed areas above 4000 feet.

* when...heaviest snow during the day saturday with moderate snow
  through sunday afternoon. snow levels will briefly rise above
  pass level saturday afternoon.
