travel conditions. blowing snow may result in poor visibility.
* winds...northeast 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.
* temperatures...around 5 above zero monday. around 5 below zero
monday night.
* visibilities...one quarter mile or less at times.
precautionary/preparedness actions...
a winter storm warning for heavy snow means severe winter weather
