* at 1149 pm edt...national weather service meteorologists detected a
  thunderstorm...producing strong winds over 40 knots 16 nautical
  miles east of wood's wall east crack...moving northwest at 30
  knots.

* locations in the warning include...

  wood's wall east crack...
  east sambo...

prepare for wind gusts in excess of 35 knots...steep and
fast-building seas...frequent lightning strikes...and blinding
downpours. stay low or go below...and make sure all on board are
wearing life jackets.

  coastal waters from ochlockonee river to apalachicola fl out to 20
  nm over gulf of mexico waters...
  waters from suwannee river to apalachicola fl from 20 to 60 nm over
  gulf of mexico waters...
  including marker 24 barge and buckeye reef...

* until 215 am edt

* at 1218 am edt...the national weather service has detected a line
  of thunderstorms...producing strong winds 34 knots or greater from
  33 nm northeast of buckeye reef to 26 nm southeast of buckeye
  reef...or from 31 nm north of horseshoe beach to 16 nm west of
  horseshoe beach...moving northwest at 25 knots.

* these strong thunderstorms will be near
  over buckeye reef by 115 am edt
  over marker 24 barge by 155 am edt

precautionary/preparedness actions...

mariners can expect strong winds...high waves...dangerous
lightning...and heavy rains. boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately...until this storm passes.
