* at 7:45 pm monday the stage was 22.5 feet...or 4.5 feet above
flood stage.
* flood stage is 18.0 feet.
* minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

wednesday afternoon.

heavy rainfall across the advisory area. radar estimated that one

* runoff from this heavy rainfall will cause minor flooding.

rivers and streams in the nulato hills...
* until 215 am akdt wednesday
* one to two inches of rain will fall over the nulato hills from the
unalakleet river northward through tuesday morning. some locations
on west facing slopes will likely receive more than two inches of
rain.
* small streams and rivers draining the nulato hills from the
unalakleet river northward will experience rapid rises tonight and
tuesday. most rivers will be bankfull and minor flooding will
occur in some low lying areas.
* hunters and other travelers are urged to monitor water levels be
prepared for high water and minor flooding.
