...patchy freezing drizzle possible this morning into early

light snow, rain and drizzle will overspread northeast
pennsylvania and south central new york this morning into early
afternoon. temperatures and road surfaces likely will be below
freezing at the onset of the drizzle and light rain over the
higher elevations. this could lead to very slippery road
conditions. most areas will see just plain rain and drizzle with
no problems. if you are planning travel into the higher elevations
be aware that roads could become slippery. use extreme caution if
you encounter icy roads.
