...patchy frost and areas of dense river valley fog early monday
morning...

mostly clear skies and light winds will allow for another cool
night across eastern kentucky. temperatures will drop into the mid
to upper 30s in the normally colder valley locations by early
monday morning. this will allow for the development of some patchy
frost. additionally, areas of dense fog will develop along the
river valleys once again, restricting visibilities to less than a
quarter of a mile at times. the patchy frost and dense fog will
burn off by 10 am monday morning.
