advisory...which is in effect from 5 am early this morning to
2 pm edt this afternoon.
* winds...northeast 15 to 20 knots.
* waves...3 to 5 feet.
precautionary/preparedness actions...
a small craft advisory means that wind speeds of 18 to 33 knots
and/or waves averaging 4 feet or more are expected to produce
hazardous wave conditions to small craft. inexperienced
mariners... especially those operating smaller vessels... should
avoid navigating in these conditions.
