...widespread gale force winds and large seas possible on tuesday
and wednesday...

a storm system will sweep across northern california tonight through
tuesday. while little to no rain is expected across central and
southern california... there is moderate confidence in widespread
gale force winds developing across the coastal waters from tuesday
afternoon through wednesday. widespread large seas between 8 and
14 feet are also possible.

mariners should pay close attention to this developing weather
event and prepare to remain in safe harbor if necessary.
