are expected from bandon southward this afternoon. they will
then spread over most the area this evening and persist through
wednesday night. strongest winds are expected in the afternoons

* seas...choppy 5 to 8 feet this morning. seas are expected to
increase to 6 to 9 feet this afternoon with steep seas
continuing through wednesday night. seas may occasionally
approach 10 ft at times this afternoon through wednesday.
* areas affected...winds and seas this morning will be strongest
south of port orford beyond 3 nm from shore. winds will increase
this afternoon and expect small craft advisory conditions across
the area...with continued gusty north winds and steep seas
through wednesday night. winds may occasionally approach gale
force with the strongest winds during the afternoons and
evenings.
