baker or-
539 pm pdt wed jul 26 2017

...the flash flood warning remains in effect until 630 pm pdt for
central baker county...

at 537 pm pdt, gauge reports indicated thunderstorms had produced
heavy rain over the warned area. about three tenths of an inch of
rain have fallen. flash flooding is expected to be occurring or to
begin shortly.

some locations that will experience flooding include...
salisbury and dooley summit.

additional rainfall amounts up to half an inch are possible in the
warned area.

precautionary/preparedness actions...

turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

move away from recently burned areas. life-threatening flooding of
creeks, roads and normally dry arroyos is likely. the heavy rains
will likely trigger rockslides, mudslides and debris flows in steep
terrain, especially in and around these areas.
